Refund Policy
​Customer service is extremely important to us and we are happy to help with all orders in anyway we can if there's a problem.​

Refunds/replacements will be offered only if your item is faulty on arrival. A refund request must be sent to thegiftburrow@gmail.com with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the faulty product. Any request outside of this time frame will be denied.

If you order does not arrive please contact us directly within 14 days on thegiftburrow@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for sale or clearance items.
