Refund Policy

​Customer service is extremely important to us and we are happy to help with all orders in anyway we can if there's a problem.​

  • Refunds/replacements will be offered only if your item is faulty on arrival. A refund request must be sent to thegiftburrow@gmail.com with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the faulty product. Any request outside of this time frame will be denied. 

  • If you order does not arrive please contact us directly within 14 days on thegiftburrow@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds for sale or clearance items.

  • We reserve the right to offer refunds.​
